W-Industries engineered rental units are designed to meet today’s complex operation demands. We offer a variety of water-based pressure testing, flushing units, and nitrogen booster units purpose-built for each individual project. Backed by decades of experience in the electrical, automation and control industry, inventory supports projects requiring safe, hardy, flexible, easy-to-integrate and cost-effective solutions. We ensure the integrity of a system is safely pressure tested by providing properly engineered testing units. Additionally, we offer operator training as part of our rental packages to bring those up to speed unfamiliar with our equipment and to keep workers safe.

Testing & Flushing HPUs

Two separate independent hydraulic circuits that allow you to perform two simultaneous pressure tests. With the capability of reaching up to 20,000 PSI.

One on board nitrogen booster pump that allows you to adjust your low and high pressure accumulators to your required pre-charge levels.

A 75-gallon reservoir that allows you to store control fluid onboard with a circulation pump that allows you to filter the fluid to Class 6 or better.

All units come with DNV frames.
